Four lives lost and many injured in Lagos -Ibadan Expressway accident

Four persons have been recorded burnt to death on Friday, August 5, while 16 others injured in ghastly motor accident at Oniworo Foursquare Camp Area of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

While confirming the incident, the FRSC sector commander in Ogun, Mr. Ahmed Umar, stated that the accident occurred at about 7:50am, adding that it involved a Mazda bus driver who was speeding excessively before losing control and ramming into the median, somersaulted and went into flames.

“A total of 20 persons were involved, four burnt beyond recognition while 16 others were injured” He said.
