If you notice any changes to your breasts, go and see a health practitioner for check-up-WHO advices women

World Health Organization has called on women that once they observe any changes in their breast such as a lump, pitting of the skin or pain, they should go see a health practitioner for a check-up.

It was explained that most breast lumps are not cancerous. Those that are can be more effectively treated if identified early.
