Is the girl really at fault?

A dissatisfied young man has cursed a lady who took his money in the name of visiting him and then abandoned him. 

The man revealed this on social media saying he sent the lady $9,500 for transportation, $10,000 for her hair and $10,000 for her to keep. 

According to him, it was on February 9th and since then, she has not seen or heard anything  from the lady.
