Taylor Swift overtakes Rihanna as world’s richest female musician

Taylor Swift has officially become the world’s wealthiest female musician, thanks to the success of her sold-out global Eras Tour and the value of her music catalog. At 34, she is the first artist to reach billionaire status solely through music and live performances.

According to Forbes, Swift’s net worth has reached $1.6 billion. This includes $600 million from royalties and touring, and another $600 million from her music catalog.

She now ranks as the second richest musician globally, trailing only Jay-Z, whose net worth is estimated at $2.5 billion. Swift also surpasses fellow female musicians like Celine Dion ($550 million), Rihanna ($1.4 billion), Beyoncé ($760 million), and Madonna ($850 million).

Rihanna previously held the title of the wealthiest female musician with $1.7 billion.
