Four lives lost and few injured in Lagos -Ibadan Expressway accident

Early morning accident has claimed the lives of four passengers with more than five injured on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, today, July 26, 2022.

The Sector commander, Federal Road Safety Corps in Ogun State, Ahmed Umar, who confirmed the incident today reveals that the accident involves a Mazda bus and a truck. The Mazda driver who was on high speed crashed into the moving truck from behind due to the fact that the rear light of the truck were not functioning.

The Sector commander who sympathised with the families of the victims, however advised motorists to ensure that everything is working in their vehicle before embarking on any trip while also cautioning them on speed violations.
